Farnam shall have the absolute right and all permission necessary to copyright, publish, and/or reprint any testimonial of Releasor (including, but not limited to, stories concerning the animals which refer to Releasor or which use Releasor's picture, portrait or likeness or comments to Farnam employees or reports of field study results) written or otherwise.

Releasor understands that any such testimonial shall be the property of Farnam and may be used, or caused to be used, in Farnam's sole discretion, for any and all exhibitions, public displays, publications, commercial art, advertising, trade, and any other lawful purpose whatsoever, without any limitation or reservations, and without any compensation to Releasor. Releasor hereby waives any right that Releasor may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. Releasor further releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Farnam and its related companies, divisions, agents, employees, successors, and heirs from and against any injuries, harm, damages, costs, expenses, losses, liabilities, lawsuits, actions, claims, and/or demands of any kind whatsoever arising out of any lawful use of such testimonial.

Releasor hereby authorizes Farnam to attribute the attached statement(s) (or statements in different form having substantially the same meaning) to Releasor as an expression of Releasor's personal experience and belief concerning Farnam.
